A Big Dose of Hope in Baja
It has been an exciting time at the Nueva Creacion Feeding Program in Cabo, Mexico!
They are our newest World’s Children site and had two urgent needs:
Due to the high crime rate, their propane tank kept getting stolen. So they had moved it inside the kitchen.
This was extremely dangerous but their only answer.
Now, because of your generosity…
They have a big, beautiful new tank!
The second need was for food.
Roberto was cleaning grocery stores to get their expired food to feed kids at both the Cabo site and the La Paz Children’s Home.
The food in this fridge was all he had to feed 30+ kids showing up in an hour.
We now have some monthly donors helping to provide food!
Now at the Cabo site, the team can do more of this:
We could still use more monthly donors help food to not be an issue at either site.
In La Paz they have between 20-30 children living there full time.
In Cabo, they feed 30-40 children 4 times a week.
