Philippines Disaster Relief

WE WILL SEND 100% OF YOUR DONATION FOR PHILIPPINES DISASTER RELIEF.

Your donation will be wired as soon as possible to our partner organization on the ground in the Philippines to provide disaster relief to people displaced by Typhoon Haiyan who are in need of food, water, medicine, clothes, blankets, etc.

World’s Children Orphanage in the Philippines

World’s Children supports one orphanage in the Philippines, Home of Joy. We have received word from the director, Rosely Fornoles, that the children and staff at Home of Joy are safe. This orphanage is located near Manila, the capital. Manila is north of the region most heavily hit by Typhoon Haiyan. (see map)

Christian Growth Ministries-Philippines (CGM), is the nonprofit non-denominational organization that runs Home of Joy. World’s Children has been working with CGM for over 13 years. CGM is asking for donations to the relief effort – thousands of people are missing and millions have been displaced and are in need of food, water, medicine, clothes, blankets, etc. CGM has an extensive network on the ground in the devastated areas. 100% of donations will be used to provide direct relief.

      Hi Wanda,
Thank you for your request. We would suggest you ask: http://www.mercycorps.org/ as we are not shipping supplies. World’s Children can only accept monetary donations for our partner organization that is purchasing relief supplies out of Manila.
