If you want to sponsor a child or designate what your donation will be used for, you will have the option to make a note on the "review your donation" page. Select "Add special instructions" and tell us your designation. If you are sponsoring a child, we will send you a follow-up email immediately.We can not do recurring payments on-line yet, but if you call us we can do recurring payments over the phone.
